Customer may not assign its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the express written consent of Detailing Kingdom.

12. CONTROLLING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the Malaysia, without regard to or application of its conflict of law provisions or your state or country of residence. All claims, legal proceedings, or litigation arising in connection with the Services will be brought solely in Malaysia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms of sale constitute the entire and sole agreement between Detailing Kingdom and Customer and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the subject matter of these terms.
